I first made these biscuits back in high school during a foods class – I think it may have been the first time I actually baked biscuits from scratch on my own. I still remember how proud (and slightly surprised) I was when they came out perfectly golden, with that irresistible buttery aroma filling the kitchen. They’re wonderfully simple, yet so full of flavor – sharp cheddar, fresh chives and a soft, flaky texture. makes them just as perfect for a cozy brunch. A little classic comfort, made with love.
