Stuck in a veggie rut? These will be your new favourite! Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, these cauliflower fritters are a delicious way to turn an often overlooked veggie into something totally crave-worthy. Packed with flavorful spices and made with simple, wholesome ingredients, they’re the perfect healthy option for an appetizer, snack, or side dish. Best of all? They are so easy to make and pair perfectly with a dollop of garlic yogurt. Trust me, these fritters won’t last long on the plate!

Ingredients

  • 1 head cooked cauliflower
  • 1 egg
  • Flour
  • Panko
  • Salt and pepper
  • Pul bieber (turkish pepper flakes)
  • Curry powder
  • Turmeric
  • Cumin
  • Fresh parsley
  • Grapeseed oil
  1. Mash the cooked cauliflower and add an egg. Mix well.
  2. Add all of your preferred spices along with the flour, panko, baking soda and mix well.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls (about the size of a golf ball) and push down to flatten into patties.
  4. Heat a large pan over medium heat with grapeseed oil. Gently add your fritters to the pan and cook for a few minutes on each side. Once browned and crisp, flip them over.
  5. Remove from the pan and plate. Sprinkle some salt on top along with fresh parsley.
