• 1 can of cooked chickpeas
• 3 sticks of celery, diced
• Sliced dill pickles (add to your preference)
• 1/4 cup plain yogurt or mayonnaise
• 1 tsp dijon mustard
• Salt and pepper
• Parsley and dill (fresh is best but dried works well too)
• If you’re a fan of spicy add some pepper flakes or hot sauce!
- Mash the cooked chickpeas in a bowl.
- Add the diced celery, diced pickles, parsley and dill.
- Add the plain yogurt or mayonnaise, Dijon mustard and mix well.
- Add salt and pepper, red pepper flakes or any other spices you like!
