Black Forest Cake Chia Pudding

Black Forest Cake Chia Pudding

You need this in your fridge, trust me! 😋 This chia pudding hits every craving – creamy, chocolatey and loaded with juicy cherries. It tastes like dessert but is packed with fibre, healthy fats and antioxidants.

Recipe:

  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 cup cherries, sliced or diced
  • Dark chocolate shavings or cacao nibs
  1. Pour the coconut milk into a bowl. Add the chia seeds, yogurt, cacao powder and maple syrup. Mix well until all seeds are covered. Cover and put in the fridge for at least one hour.
  2. Meanwhile, slice some fresh or frozen cherries.
  3. Once the chia pudding is ready, start layering in your jars. Start with a couple scoops of chia pudding, then cherries and then chocolate shavings. I usually do about two layers. Finish with the cherries on top. Add a tiny bit of yogurt on top and of course, some more chocolate shavings. Enjoy!
