Easy Gluten-Free Apple Crisp

Warm apples, a golden crisp topping and just a handful of pantry staples 🍎✨ this gluten-free apple crisp comes together in minutes – no fuss, all comfort. Perfect for those slow mornings, cozy nights or anytime your soul needs a little sweetness. ❤️

Filling:

  • 2 apples, peeled and sliced
  • Cinnamon
  • Nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp tapioca flour (or any gf flour)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Crumble:

  • 1 cup gf oats
  • Cinnamon
  • Nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Peel and slice the apples. Add apples to a bowl with cinnamon, nutmeg, tapioca flour and maple syrup. Mix until combined.
  3. Pour the apples into a greased baking dish.
  4. In a bowl, mix gf oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, maple syrup and melted coconut oil. Mix well.
  5. Pour oat mixture on top of the apples and spread to cover evenly.
  6. Bake at 350 for approximately 40 minutes or until the top is browned.

Serve warm on its own or add some Greek yogurt or vanilla ice cream on top! Enjoy!!
