If Turkish tea had a soulmate, it would be this blondie 💕 Gluten-free, super easy and bursting with flavour. Think: chewy, nutty, sesame and lightly spiced. You only need a few ingredients and one bowl! These are seriously so tasty 😋

Recipe:
• 100g tahini
• 2 eggs
• 3 tbsp maple syrup
• 100g almond flour
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• Pinch of salt
• 80g chopped dates
• 70g chopped dark chocolate
• Sesame seeds for topping
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line a small baking dish (9×9).
2. Whisk tahini, eggs and maple syrup.
3. Stir in the almond flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt.
4. Fold in the chopped dates and dark chocolate.
5. Pour mixture into the pan, spreading evenly. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top for an added crunch.
6. Bake 20-25 minutes until golden!
7. Cool, slice and enjoy with some tea or coffee ✨
