Arugula Salad with Dates, Feta & Radish

The salad you didn’t know you needed. One of my favourite additions to any salad is dates. They add a natural caramel-like sweetness that helps to balance out bold savoury ingredients like feta and a zesty dressing. It’s the perfect sweet and savoury combo that makes every bite pop.

Ingredients:

✨ Olive oil, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup & Dijon mustard
✨ Salt, pepper, garlic powder & sumac
✨ Arugula, crumbled feta, sliced dates, chopped walnuts and sliced radish

Mix that all together. This salad is sweet, salty, crunchy – all of the good stuff. Easy to make in 5 minutes and so so delicious. This salad has been my obsession lately. Hope you love it 💖
