Your new favourite summer side! If you’re not a fan of brussel sprouts, trust me, you will be after this recipe. Roasted till crispy, tossed in creamy Caesar dressing, then topped with crispy bacon and Parmesan. Perfect with steak, ribs… or honestly, straight off the tray. Addictive is an understatement. You won’t be able to stop eating these.
Recipe:
• Brussels sprouts, washed and sliced in half
• Caesar Dressing (I used Brianna’s Asiago Caesar Vinaigrette)
• Bacon, crispy and diced
• Parmesan cheese
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Wash the brussel sprouts. Trim off the ends and slice them in half. Add to a baking sheet and toss with olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake for 15-20 mins until crispy.
3. Add roasted brussel sprouts to a bowl and pour over Caesar dressing. Mix well.
4. Just before serving, sprinkle on some diced bacon and fresh parm. Enjoy! 😋
