As soon as fall hits, I’m craving cozy, crunchy treats. These roasted nuts with a fall twist are the perfect snack that you’ll be craving all season long 🍂🍁
Recipe:
- 1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 cups mixed nuts (I used Kirkland’s unsalted)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 3/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt
- Pinch of cayenne
- Preheat oven to 325F.
- In a large bowl, add melted coconut oil and maple syrup. Mix until combined.
- Add mixed nuts and spices.
- Stir until the nuts are evenly coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the mixture onto the baking sheet in a nice even layer.
- Bake at 325F for 20 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Let cool for 15 minutes.
- Stir the nuts again to get the crispy bits from the pan and add a sprinkle of pink Himalayan salt to finish.
