Fall Roasted Nuts

Fall Roasted Nuts

As soon as fall hits, I’m craving cozy, crunchy treats. These roasted nuts with a fall twist are the perfect snack that you’ll be craving all season long 🍂🍁

Recipe:

  • 1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 cups mixed nuts (I used Kirkland’s unsalted)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 3/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt
  • Pinch of cayenne
  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. In a large bowl, add melted coconut oil and maple syrup. Mix until combined.
  3. Add mixed nuts and spices.
  4. Stir until the nuts are evenly coated.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the mixture onto the baking sheet in a nice even layer.
  6. Bake at 325F for 20 minutes, stirring halfway.
  7. Let cool for 15 minutes.
  8. Stir the nuts again to get the crispy bits from the pan and add a sprinkle of pink Himalayan salt to finish.
  9. Enjoy!
